Chai Masala Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp chai masala
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, chai masala, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
