Chai Masala Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp chai masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, chai masala, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
